Alright, full disclosure. This is my own wedding suite! And in all honesty, I think I’m the hardest client.
I originally started these designs in late 2019 for a May 2020 wedding. Unfortunately, we all know what happened next. Two postponements and two years later, we were back at it!
With a worldwide paper shortage, I wanted to do something unique and spectacular. Queue the black tulip fold envelopes: white toner printed on black paper closed with a custom wax seal.
Because I’m entering this marriage as a partner, my designer partner (now husband) created most of the doodles.
This design feature carried itself throughout the entire wedding: elegance with a lot of quirk.
